Contributor Kickoff Reminder

Just one final reminder: the contributor kickoff starts at 7:30pm ET on October 5th. If I scheduled this email right, that's about 7 hours from now. Make sure you get the right time zone so you don't miss it!

The agenda will be simple.
- 10 minutes getting to know everyone, including why and how you want to contribute.
- 15 minutes talking about the vision and contribution goals. If you want to get a head-start on this section, read this blog post I published last week.
- 15 minutes making plans and project decisions, including project management and licensing.
- 5 minutes to wrap up.
I want to make sure you get the most out of this meeting, so I'm happy to adjust the agenda. If you want to add anything to the agenda, or if you have questions you want to address in the meeting, just reply to this email or send message on Discord.
