You can download the fifth alpha of Thorium Nova on this page. This one adds more features to the star map editor, letting you add and edit planets and stars. Give it a whirl and reach out if you find any bugs or have any suggestions.

Ship Systems Discussions

This week I wrote up some thoughts on how the shields work . Give that a read and let me know what you think! Also, we had another discussion about undo/redo functionality - not strictly about ship systems, but still interesting.
